People need their superstitions. This could be because if they did not have these glimmering idea’s to hold on to, and look forward to. They would die of boredom due to their lack of worth.

I think abductions/alien encounters are great. There is nothing that can compare. You come away feeling rejuvenated and fully alert. In some cases, you feel purged. This is only if you are lucky enough to receive an anal probing. These are somewhat rare, and only occur to the truly elect abductee.

It may be accurate to suggest that aliens are the new demon/angel; as far as societies prefixation goes. But I’m hesitant to throw my weight behind aliens.

I’m pretty sure that in an Alien vs. Demons and Angels fight. The demons and angels would win. Granted, it would be a weird balance, because the demons and angels would still have their rivalry going.

Or perhaps they would set aside their differences temporarily? Just long enough to defeat the aliens?

Not likely.

I’m going to vote for the demons and angels. Even though they may be split against one another, the aliens really have nothing on them.

Aliens are limited to [scientific term] travel. They are unable to pass through walls and other solid objects.

How do demons and angels move!? They don’t need to walk, and they can be fairly ferocious when they are inspired to move. That final leap before they consume your soul (demons) or rescue your soul (angels). That’s some swift movement, with no visible or apparent compelling factor.

I’d say aliens are not a hoax. “Aliens” as we refer to them are other worldly beings. Remove all the mysticism surrounding them and you simply have other “people”; who are frantically scrambling about trying to figure out how they will defend themselves once the humans figure out intergalactic travel.

I know the movies typically depict us as the inferior specimen. But if you consider humans have been around for thousands of years. If these aliens are truly as we depict them, why are we still here?
