She probly doesn’t want you to because she’s afraid of being stabbed in the eye. I don’t like anything getting that close to my eye, including when I’m the one doing it. However, that may not be how she feels, but why are you worrying about this in the first place? Is putting makeup on a girl some kind of fetish you have cause that’s just weird?
I was never taken up on that offer to host a negotiation. :(
